Dedicated server commercial terms

Dedicated servers use a minimum contract period of 3 months. A one-time setup fee equal to 60% of the monthly server charge applies unless a written quotation states otherwise.

Unmanaged responsibility

Dedicated servers are unmanaged by default. Customers are responsible for operating system administration, application security, data and backups unless a separate managed scope is agreed.

Infrastructure dependencies

Services can depend on selected facilities, network providers and upstream hardware availability. Facility access, power, network and physical intervention can therefore be subject to third-party operational constraints.

Remote and Smart Hands

Physical work requires clear authorization and an approved scope. ServerGeorgia may refuse unsafe, unauthorized, unlawful or materially out-of-scope work.

Jurisdiction

Services are operated by LLC MyGO in Georgia and are subject to applicable Georgian law and the specific terms in an accepted quotation or contract.
