Infrastructure is available across selected data center facilities in Tbilisi, Georgia. The exact facility and configuration are confirmed in the commercial proposal.
Do you provide dedicated servers in Georgia?
Yes. ServerGeorgia provides dedicated bare metal infrastructure and custom configurations. Standard deployment typically targets 24-48 hours when the required hardware is available.
What is the minimum contract?
Dedicated servers use a 3-month minimum contract. The one-time setup fee is 60% of the monthly server fee.
What is the difference between Remote Hands and Smart Hands?
Remote Hands is for simple, clearly instructed physical tasks. Smart Hands is intended for diagnosis, configuration assistance and more complex hardware or network work.
Do you provide managed dedicated servers?
Dedicated servers are unmanaged by default. Managed operations can be quoted separately after the required support scope is defined.
