Privacy notice for infrastructure enquiries.
The website collects contact and technical context needed to evaluate a quote or onsite task. Before launch, adapt this notice to the operator's final data-retention, analytics and legal processes.
Submitted lead data is stored so the operator can respond and scope the requested service. Never submit administrator credentials, SSH keys, BMC passwords, recovery codes or payment-card data in a public enquiry.
Default behaviour in this website package
The form collects name, work email, optional company/phone, selected service and the technical message. The web server also records basic request metadata such as timestamp, IP address and user agent for operational and abuse-control purposes.
Lead records are written to a server-side CSV file in the storage directory, which is denied from direct web access by the included Apache configuration. Optional PHP mail notification is disabled by default and can be enabled in config.php.
Privileged access is a separate workflow
If an approved Remote Hands task later requires console or system access, establish a dedicated secure credential-exchange method and revoke or rotate temporary access after the task.
